Radar Roster Referral Policy

Introduction
Radar Roster values the contribution of our employees and externs, recognizing the importance of referrals in building a talented and dedicated team. This Referral Policy outlines the guidelines and eligibility criteria for individuals referring candidates to Radar Roster for employment opportunities.

Eligibility
All current employees and externs of Radar Roster are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for employees working in the Human Resources department and those directly involved in the recruitment process.

Referral Process
- Referrals from employees and externs must be submitted through the official referral portal or process established by Radar Roster.
- Referrals must include accurate and complete information about the candidate, including the candidate's resume, contact information, and any relevant details.
- Referral submissions should be made before the candidate applies or is contacted by Radar Roster.
- Externs are individuals who are not employees of Radar Roster.

Referral Bonus Criteria
- To qualify for the referral bonus, the referred candidate must be successfully hired, complete the probationary period, and remain employed for a minimum of three (3) months from their start date.
- The referral bonus will only be paid for referrals that result in full-time employment; temporary, contract, or part-time positions are not eligible for the referral bonus.

Referral Bonus Amount
- The referral bonus amount will be determined by Radar Roster and may vary based on the level and type of position being filled.
- The current referral bonus amount will be communicated to employees and externs through official channels and may be subject to change at the discretion of Radar Roster.

Payment Process
- Referral bonuses will be paid out within one month of the referred employee completing the three-month employment period.
- The referral bonus will be subject to all applicable taxes, and Radar Roster will deduct applicable taxes from the bonus amount.

Compliance and Accountability
- Employees and externs are expected to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in referring candidates.
- It is crucial that the referrer has a genuine knowledge of the referee and can provide a valid reason for the referral. Radar Roster emphasizes the importance of meaningful and recognized connections to ensure the quality of the referral.
- Radar Roster reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time and for any reason.
- Any fraudulent activities, including but not limited to falsifying information, will result in disqualification from the referral program, and the employee or extern may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

Confidentiality
All information related to candidates and the recruitment process must be treated as confidential. Breach of confidentiality may result in disciplinary action.

By participating in the referral program, employees and externs acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Referral Policy.
