In this role, you will beat the forefront of driving performance enhancements across various critical business areas, including financial performance, procurement, spare parts, fleet management, and more. Your key responsibility will be conducting comprehensive analyses to provide invaluable insights that contribute to the growth and success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth analyses in areas such as financial performance, procurement, spare parts, fleet management, andmore.

Gather and extract data from both internal and external sources, including unstructured data.

Structure, combine, and analyze data to provide valuable insights related to various aspects of the business.

Identify and present essential KPIs, tracking their evolution to facilitate informed decision-making.

Collaborate with colleagues to craft action plans aimed at enhancing performance.

Participate in cross-functional projects focused on improving organizational efficiency.

Provide crucial support to the Business Performance and Strategy Director to ensure departmental objectivesare met and exceeded.

Qualifications:

Higher education degree with a strong analytical background.

Fluent in English, both oral and written.

Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerBI, showcasing data-centric capabilities.

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in a complex international environment.

Proficient in MS PowerPoint with excellent presentation skills.

Excellent communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration with subsidiaries worldwide.

Passion for data and its potential to drive meaningful insights.

Familiarity with SAP, Power Queries, Power Automate, or Power Apps is a plus.
